20-minute HIIT

Vast Terrain partnered with California athlete, coach and blogger Bethany Davis of www.BeFitDavis.com to create this quick calorie burning 20-minute HIIT ("High Intensity Interval Training") workout. All exercises can be modified to a low-impact exercise and remember to listen to your body. There is no equipment needed besides an optional tower or mat.

Continue each movement for 40 seconds, followed by a 20 second rest. Repeat 4 rounds.
