Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

As the temperatures rise an ice-cold treat hits the spot especially after a long trail run or hot yoga class. Our Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are healthy, low fat, delicious and refreshing; enjoy!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 10

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 cups of fresh strawberries washed and chopped
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions:

 Add strawberries, lemon juice and honey to the blender and pulse until the strawberries are in tiny chunks.

  1. If the mixture is liquid enough to pour you can omit the sparkling water.
  2. If the mixture is thick, slowly add the sparkling water until the mixture is able to be poured into the popsicle molds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze solid (time will vary depending on freezer temperature).

Notes:

 Substitute still water for sparkling as you prefer.
