- 4 to 5 cups of fresh strawberries washed and chopped
- Juice of 5 lemons
- ¼ cup of honey
- ½ cup sparkling water
- Popsicle molds
Add strawberries, lemon juice and honey to the blender and pulse until the strawberries are in tiny chunks.
- If the mixture is liquid enough to pour you can omit the sparkling water.
- If the mixture is thick, slowly add the sparkling water until the mixture is able to be poured into the popsicle molds.
- Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze solid (time will vary depending on freezer temperature).
Substitute still water for sparkling as you prefer.
