Do you accept product returns and exchanges?
Of course! Returns are accepted on all unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to high quality performance apparel. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we'll replace it or work with you on another solution.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a Return or Exchange please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or send a note through our Contact page. Please be sure to include your order number and the item you wish to send back. We will provide you with a USPS return label.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all domestic orders!
How will you ship my order?
All orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after check-out.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. We will ship your order to Canada for $10 and for $25 we will ship to almost any street address in the world. There could be local taxes and duties that the customer will be responsible for. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. International returns and exchanges will require additional shipping costs as per above.
How are your products sized?
Will there be tax charged on my order?
U.S. sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered to a Florida address.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept most types of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Will you keep my credit card or PayPal account information?
Are your products really made in the USA?
Absolutely. From fiber to yarn to fabric. Almost 99% of our total production cost is fully domestic. This was not an easy feat!
